Job summary

Topcon Positioning Group in the United States seeks a Construction Software Sales Account Manager for Autodesk solutions in the AEC industry. You will drive revenue by identifying opportunities, building relationships with Architects, Engineers, Contractors, and Owners, and promoting Autodesk construction tools.

You will manage full-cycle sales, travel across assigned territory, and collaborate with a Platinum Partner network to deliver value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1–5 years of sales experience (AEC industry experience strongly preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced team.
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads, win new business, and expand relationships with existing customers
• Prospect daily via phone, email, and outreach (30+ calls per day)
• Build, manage, and nurture your pipeline using CRM tools
• Research market opportunities and develop strategic sales plans
• Clearly articulate and demonstrate Autodesk construction solutions
• Create excitement and enthusiasm among prospects through consultative selling
• Attend trade shows, customer events, and marketing activities
• Cultivate long-term, trusted customer relationships
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Solve customer challenges, sometimes with limited guidance, using creativity and initiative
