Job summary

Topcon Positioning Group is seeking a Construction Software Sales Account Manager to drive growth within an Autodesk Solutions focused territory. You will generate leads, manage a robust pipeline, and build lasting relationships with Architects, Engineers, Contractors, and Owners.

The role requires strong sales skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment across multiple priorities. Travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1–5 years of sales experience in the AEC industry preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with strong work ethic.
• Competitive, self-motivated, high-energy, and results-driven.
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills.
• Ability to learn Autodesk products and the AEC industry quickly.
• Proven track record of achieving goals.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads, win new business, and expand relationships with existing customers.
• Prospect daily via phone, email, and targeted outreach.
• Manage and nurture the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Research market opportunities and develop strategic sales plans.
• Articulate value of Autodesk construction solutions.
• Attend trade shows and customer events; cultivate long-term relationships.
• Travel as needed and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
