Topcon Positioning Systems is hiring for a Construction Software Sales Account Manager. Join an Autodesk Platinum Partner and drive growth by building relationships with Architects, Engineers, Contractors and Owners—selling industry-leading software solutions.

You’ll generate leads, manage a large pipeline with CRM tools, and develop strategic plans to expand revenue while conveying the value of Autodesk construction solutions.

Qualifications

• BS in Business, Marketing, Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 1–5 years of sales experience in the AEC industry preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Competitive, self-motivated, high-energy, and results-driven.
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills.
• Willingness to learn Autodesk products and the AEC industry.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads, win new business, and expand relationships with existing customers.
• Prospect daily via phone, email, and outreach (30+ calls per day).
• Build and nurture your pipeline using CRM tools.
• Develop strategic sales plans and research market opportunities.
• Demonstrate the value of Autodesk construction solutions.
