Topcon Positioning Group is seeking a motivated Construction Software Sales Account Manager to drive growth with Architects, Engineers, Contractors and Owners. Join Autodesk solutions as a Platinum Partner and help transform how design and build happens through innovative software.

You will generate leads, manage a robust pipeline, and articulate value while collaborating across teams and attending industry events. AEC experience and strong sales drive are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1–5 years of sales experience (AEC industry experience strongly preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel; thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads, win new business, and expand relationships with customers.
• Prospect daily via phone, email, and targeted outreach (30+ calls per day).
• Build, manage, and nurture your pipeline using CRM tools.
• Research market opportunities and develop strategic sales plans.
• Clearly articulate and demonstrate the value of Autodesk construction solutions.
• Attend trade shows, customer events, and marketing activities.
• Cultivate long-term, trusted customer relationships.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Solve customer challenges with creativity and initiative.
