Job summary

Topcon Positioning Group in Livermore, CA, seeks a Construction Software Sales Account Manager to drive Autodesk solutions to Architects, Engineers, Contractors and Owners. You will generate leads, build pipeline with CRM, and close impactful deals across an assigned territory.

The role requires 1–5 years of sales experience in the AEC sector, strong communication skills, and a proactive, results-driven attitude. Travel may be required; base pay range is $65,000–$100,000 annually plus incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–5 years of sales experience (AEC industry strongly preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills.
