Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or relevant past experience in sales.
• Experience carrying an individual quota, selling construction services (asphalt or concrete) preferred.
• Experience selling to Manager and Director levels.
• Experience managing entire project cycle from start to close.
• Strategic in finding new business using technical knowledge and skillset.
• Creation and execution of quarterly and annual business plans.
• Strong communication, credibility and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding goals.
• Forecasting and business reporting responsibilities.
• Intermediate MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).
• CRM/bid tools for cost and bids.

Responsibilities

• Engage new and existing clients to maximize value from our portfolio.
• Develop and maintain relationships for high satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate with estimating and operations to prepare proposals.
• Participate in bid reviews and preconstruction meetings to align scope and capabilities.
• Present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients.
• Maintain regular client contact to understand upcoming projects and needs.
• Manage resources with dedicated teams to ensure successful outcomes.
• Align company solutions to customer business needs and requirements.
• Demonstrate strong writing, editing, and presentation skills.
• Provide market feedback and opportunities to management.
