Job summary

US Pavement Services LLC is hiring a Commercial Sales Representative to identify, develop, and maintain client relationships that drive revenue growth in the paving industry. You will be the primary relationship owner for an assigned group of client accounts, focusing on retention, growth, and strategic business development.

Responsibilities include engaging new and existing clients, preparing competitive proposals with estimating and operations, presenting contracts, and building a robust sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or relevant past experience in sales.
• Experience as a direct contributor carrying an individual quota, experience selling construction services (asphalt or concrete) preferred.
• Ability to sell to Manager and Director levels within organizations.
• Experience managing the full project cycle from start to close.
