Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; or relevant past experience in sales.
• Experience as a direct contributor carrying an individual quota; experience selling construction services (asphalt or concrete) preferred.
• Ability to sell to Manager and Director levels within the organization.
• Experience managing the full project cycle from start to close.
• Strategic in finding new business using technical knowledge and skillset.
• Ability to develop and execute quarterly and annual business plans.
• Strong communication, credibility, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in forecasting and business reporting.

Responsibilities

• Engage new and existing users to demonstrate value of our current portfolio.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate with estimating, operations, and project management to prepare accurate proposals.
• Participate in bid reviews and preconstruction meetings to align client expectations with project scope.
• Present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with new and existing clients.
• Maintain ongoing engagement with clients to understand upcoming projects and long-term needs.
• Coordinate with dedicated teams to ensure successful outcomes.
• Align company solutions with customer business needs and technical requirements.
• Exhibit strong writing, editing, and presentation skills.
