Job summary

Platinum Paving and Concrete, LLC is seeking a Commercial Sales Representative to identify, develop, and maintain client relationships within the construction and paving industry. You will own a portfolio of accounts, drive revenue growth, and serve as the primary relationship owner.

The ideal candidate understands the full construction process—from bidding and estimating to project execution—and can effectively communicate our capabilities to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent sales experience.
• Experience as a direct contributor with individual quota; construction services sales preferred.
• Experience selling to managers and directors.
• End-to-end project lifecycle experience from start to close.
• Ability to identify new business using technical knowledge.
• Ability to develop quarterly and annual business plans.
• Strong presence, communication, credibility.
• Track record of meeting/exceeding goals.
• Forecasting and business reporting experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience using CRM, bid prep, and job cost software.

Responsibilities

• Engage new and existing clients to maximize value from current portfolio.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
• Collaborate with estimating, operations, and PM teams on proposals.
• Lead bid reviews and preconstruction meetings to align scope and capabilities.
• Present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and identify new opportunities.
• Attend networking events and industry meetings to promote services.
• Provide management with market feedback and opportunities.
