Job summary

Alpha Paving Industries LLC is seeking a Commercial Sales Representative to grow client relationships and drive revenue in the construction and paving industry. You will manage an assigned group of accounts and own the retention and growth strategy.

Ideal candidates communicate effectively, present proposals, and negotiate contracts, with a track record of building strong relationships across client organizations and coordinating with estimating and operations to deliver winning bids.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or relevant past sales experience.
• Experience carrying an individual quota, selling construction services (asphalt or concrete) preferred.
• Ability to sell to Manager and Director levels; manage the entire project cycle from start to close.
• Strategic in acquiring new business and executing quarterly/annual business plans.

Responsibilities

• Engage new and existing users to demonstrate value of the current portfolio.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate with estimating, operations, and project management to prepare proposals.
• Present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients.
• Attend networking events and industry meetings to promote services and strengthen relationships.
