Job summary

DoorDash Essentials, LLC is seeking a hands-on Operations Leader to manage a DashMart warehouse, leading Shift Leads and Operations Associates to deliver fast, accurate orders. You will own scheduling, labor budgets, and day-to-day site operations while maintaining safety and quality.

You will leverage data to identify bottlenecks, implement process improvements, and partner with central teams to support the team and achieve ambitious metrics across a 24/7 operation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of team leadership experience in high-volume operations.
• Experience managing 10+ employees across shifts.
• Ownership mindset across a 24/7 business with multi-shift coverage.
• Data-driven problem solving using Excel/Sheets for analysis.
• Flexibility to work late nights and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Shift Leads (3+) and Operations Associates (6+) to high performance.
• Own day-to-day operations of one DashMart warehouse, including any light food prep in some locations.
• Manage scheduling and labor budget; ensure site meets metric goals (accuracy, speed).
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with inventory and training teams to equip the team.
• Design and execute process improvements to boost efficiency and employee experience.
