Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Site Leader in American Fork, UT to oversee site operations, budget, and people development. The role manages Operations and Area Managers, coaches teams, and drives lean initiatives to meet business plans while maintaining safety, quality, and customer experience across inbound/outbound areas.

Responsibilities include setting expectations for managers, leveraging ideas into improvement plans, and coordinating with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety, and IT to secure resources

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct management experience.
• 3+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience.
• Experience with staffing lifecycle, including interviewing, hiring, performance management, and terminations.

Responsibilities

• Drives creation of quality initiatives, process change initiatives and Lean initiatives.
• Responsible for safety, quality and performance and customer experience of Inbound or Outbound operations.
• Set and clarify requirements for Operations and Area Managers; measure performance and provide feedback.
• Leverage managers to generate improvement plans and share best practices across departments.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety, IT to secure resources for projects.
