Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Site Leader to oversee all budgetary, people development and operations objectives at the Fulfillment Center. You will coach and mentor a team of Operations and Area Managers, drive safety, quality and performance, and build leadership bench strength across the network.

In this role you will set clear expectations, measure performance, and collaborate with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety, and IT to secure resources for critical projects.

Qualifications

• Experience leading site-level operations teams.
• Ability to drive safety, quality and performance.
• Strong coaching and mentoring capabilities for managers.

Responsibilities

• Drives creation of quality, process change and Lean initiatives to meet the business plan.
• Oversees safety, quality and performance and customer experience for inbound or outbound operations.
• Sets and clarifies requirements for Operations and Area Managers; measures performance and holds teams accountable.
• Leverages managers to source ideas and create improvement plans.
• Takes proactive steps to share best practices across departments and shifts.
• Works with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety, IT and other senior managers to secure resources for projects.
