Job summary

Amazon seeks a Site Leader in Phoenix to drive budgetary, people development and operations objectives at the Fulfillment Center. You will lead a team of Operations and Area Managers, coach leaders, and ensure safety, quality and performance to meet business goals.

Responsibilities include implementing lean initiatives, setting clear expectations, and partnering with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety and IT to secure resources for projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of equivalent experience
3+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience
Experience with full lifecycle staffing (interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions and terminations)
Experience leading operations teams and driving safety, quality and customer experience

Responsibilities

Lead a team of Operations and Area Managers to meet performance objectives
Drive quality initiatives, process changes and Lean initiatives to meet the FC business plan
Set and clarify requirements for Operations and Area Managers; measure performance and accountability
Collaborate with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety and IT to secure resources for projects and initiatives
