You will lead a team of Operations and Area Managers, coach leaders, and build leadership bench strength while driving safety, quality, and customer experience across inbound or outbound operations. Responsabilités

• Drives creation of quality initiatives and Lean projects to improve the center's performance.
• Oversees safety, quality, performance, and customer experience for inbound or outbound operations.
• Sets expectations for Operations and Area Managers and holds them accountable for results.
• Measures performance, provides feedback, and shares best practices across shifts and departments.
• Leverages managers to source ideas and create improvement plans for the area.
• Collaborates with support staff (HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety, IT) to secure resources for initiatives.
