Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Sr. Operations Manager at our North Andover Fulfillment Center in MA. This leader will drive budget, people development and site operations objectives, and mentor a team of Operations and Area Managers to meet performance goals.

Responsibilities include safety, quality, customer experience, and cross-functional collaboration with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety, and IT to secure resources and implement improvements across the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive quality and Lean initiatives to meet business plans.
• Oversee safety, quality, performance and customer experience for Inbound/Outbound ops.
• Set clear requirements for Operations and Area Managers and measure performance.
• Leverage Ops and Area Managers to source ideas and create improvement plans.
• Share best practices across departments, shifts, and the network.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety, IT and senior ops for resources.
