Amazon.com Services LLC in Georgia is seeking an experienced Site Leader to drive the site’s operations, safety, and performance. You will lead a team of Operations and Area Managers, coach staff, and align resources to meet business objectives and customer expectations.

The role emphasizes Lean process improvements, cross-functional collaboration, and building leadership bench strength within the Fulfillment Center.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
7+ years direct management experience in manufacturing, production or distribution.
Experience with performance metrics, process improvement and Lean techniques.
Experience with staffing lifecycle including interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions and terminations.

Aufgaben

Drives quality and Lean initiatives to meet the business plan.
Oversees safety, quality, performance and customer experience for Inbound/Outbound operations.
Sets expectations for Operations and Area Managers and measures performance.
Leverages managers to collect ideas and create improvement plans.
Shares best practices across departments, shifts, and network.
Coordinates with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety, IT for project resources.
