• Full staffing lifecycle experience including interviewing, hiring, performance management.
• Willing to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of quality initiatives and Lean projects to improve efficiency.
• Oversee overall safety, quality and performance of inbound or outbound operations.
• Set expectations for Operations and Area Managers and measure performance.
• Leverage managers to generate improvement plans and share best practices.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety, IT and other leaders for resources.
