Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Work flexible hours as business demands, including overnight, weekends and holidays.
• 7+ years direct management experience, including a salaried workforce, in a manufacturing, production or distribution environment.
• Prior experience with performance metrics, process improvement and Lean techniques.
• Prior experience with the full staffing lifecycle, including interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions and termination.

Aufgaben

• Drives development of quality initiatives and Lean initiatives to meet the FC goals.
• Oversees safety, quality and customer experience for Inbound or Outbound operations.
• Sets and clarifies requirements for Operations and Area Managers; measures performance and provides feedback.
• Leverages the Operations and Area Managers by sourcing and nurturing ideas for improvement plans.
• Promotes best practices across all departments, shifts and the network.
• Works with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety, IT and other Sr. Operations Managers to secure resources for projects.
