• Sets expectations for Operations and Area Managers; measures, provides feedback, and ensures performance.
• Leverages managers to source ideas and create improvement plans.
• Promotes best practices across departments, shifts, and network.
• Collaborates with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety, IT to secure resources for projects.
