• Experience with staffing lifecycle (interviews, hiring, performance management, promotions, termination).
• Experience with performance metrics, process improvement and Lean techniques.

Responsibilities

• Drives quality initiatives and Lean projects to meet/exceed business plans.
• Oversees safety, quality, performance and customer experience of Inbound or Outbound operations.
• Sets expectations for Operations and Area Managers; measures performance and provides feedback.
