Qualifications

• High school diploma with technical electrical coursework.
• 3+ years direct experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly.
• Knowledge of lift truck operation preferred.
• Proficient with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and service fuel cells at customer sites.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and evaluate fleet at a location.
• Perform field retrofits and software/hardware upgrades.
• Provide on‑call and emergency support as needed.
• Order parts and maintain service logs and site documentation.
• Adhere to safety procedures and travel as required.
