Job summary

Plug Power Inc. in Stockton, CA is seeking a Field Service Technician to support fuel cell systems in electric lift trucks at customer sites. You will perform maintenance, diagnostics, and field retrofits, and handle parts ordering and service logs.

The role requires 3+ years of mechanical/electrical troubleshooting, a valid driver's license, and strong communication skills. Travel is required as needed, and safety procedures must be followed.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent with technical electrical coursework.
• 3+ years of direct experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and service fuel cells at customer sites.
• Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs for the fleet at a location.
• Order parts and maintain fuel cell inventory and service logs.
• Provide on-call and emergency support as required.
• Report breakdown events and safety incidents.
