Job summary

Plug Power is hiring a Field Service Technician to support fuel cell products in electric lift trucks at a customer location. You will perform preventative maintenance, diagnose issues, and upgrade software/hardware while maintaining safety and reporting events.

Strong technical and communication skills are essential as you will interact with customers and operators. The role requires travel as needed, driving safely, and representing Plug Power professionally.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent with technical electrical coursework.
• Three or more years of direct experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
• Must possess a valid driver license and ability to safely operate a motor vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and service of fuel cells at customer sites.
• Diagnostics, troubleshooting, and evaluations to maintain the fleet at a location.
• Field retrofits and software/hardware upgrades to existing fuel cells.
