National Fitness Partners, a leading Planet Fitness franchise, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support members and guests with a friendly, efficient service experience during evening shifts.

Qualifications

• Provide a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members and guests.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and greet members as they sign up.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Schedule: Monday 10PM - 6AM, Tuesday 10PM - 6AM, Wednesday 10PM - 6AM & Thursday 10PM - 6AM.

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.
