Job summary

National Fitness Partners is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Grove City, OH. Start at $12 per hour with a Monday-Thursday 2pm–10pm schedule and Friday 2pm–9:15pm. After 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months, hourly increases apply based on anniversary date.

• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Ability to answer phones politely and professionally.
• Comfort with opening/closing procedures may be required.

• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the POS system.
• Promote fitness instruction classes to members and guests.
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
