Job summary

National Fitness Partners is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Massachusetts. The role involves assisting Planet Fitness members, answering inquiries, processing sign-ups, and promoting fitness classes in a Judgement Free environment.

Starting pay is $15 per hour with scheduled Saturday/Sunday and weekday evening hours. Increases occur at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months thereafter based on anniversary date, with benefits including PTO, health options, 401K match, and free employee

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail preferred.
• Excellent phone and in-person communication required.
• Ability to sign up new members and log amenities.
• Comfort with POS system and selling class offerings.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system.
• Promote fitness instruction classes to active and new members.
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

HOURS: Saturday & Sunday 1:00-7:15pm, Wednesday & Thursday 4:00-10:00pm (sometimes 2:00-10:00pm), Friday 2:00-9:15pm

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner

• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
