National Fitness Partners is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Aston Township, PA, with a starting wage of $12 per hour. The role involves greeting and signing up members, answering calls, and promoting fitness classes in a fast-paced Planet Fitness environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Process beverages or merchandise purchases through the POS system.
• Promote fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to members and new members.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Full - Time: Starting at $12 per hour.

Schedule : Wednesday-Thursday 2pm-10pm Friday 2pm-915pm Saturday-Sunday 12pm-715pm.
