Job summary

National Fitness Partners is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a Planet Fitness franchise in Indianapolis. The role involves delivering exceptional service, greeting members, processing sign-ups, answering questions, and promoting PE@PF classes.

• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system.
• Promote fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to members and new members.
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Monday: 4:45am to 12:45pm

Tuesday thru Friday: 6AM to 2PM

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
