Job summary

National Fitness Partners is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Trevose, PA. The role starts at $12 per hour with scheduled increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months after the first year based on anniversary dates.

You will handle member inquiries, sign-ups, tours, and POS transactions while promoting fitness classes and maintaining a clean, welcoming club ambiance. This is a full-time position with advancement growth within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
