Job summary

National Fitness Partners, the largest Planet Fitness franchise, is hiring for a Customer Service Representative. The role offers starting pay at $12 per hour with scheduled hours in the evenings, and hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months after the first year based on anniversary date.

The position includes benefits such as health options, 401K, life insurance, and PTO. Primarily you’ll assist members and guests, sign up new members, process sales, and promote fitness programs

• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote fitness instruction classes to members and new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment

Monday-Thursday 3 pm - 11 pm Friday 3 pm - 9 pm

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
