Job summary

Planet Fitness in Harrisburg, PA is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a full-time role with a starting wage of $12 per hour. The schedule is 2pm-10pm Mon-Thu and 1pm-9pm Fri, with hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months thereafter based on tenure.

You will deliver exceptional service to members and guests, assist with sign-ups, handle POS transactions, promote fitness classes, and help maintain a clean club environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required
• High school diploma/GED preferred
• Must be 18 years or older
• Basic computer proficiency

Responsibilities

• Provide a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring a Judgement Free member experience.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to members and new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
