Job summary

National Fitness Partners, the largest Planet Fitness franchise, is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Jamison, PA. You will greet members, process sign ups, and maintain a clean, welcoming club environment.

The role offers starting at $12 per hour with raises at 6 months, 1 year, and every 6 months thereafter; Monday through Friday 5am–1pm, plus benefits including PTO, 401K match, health options, and more.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience
• High school diploma/GED equivalent preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Basic computer proficiency

Responsibilities

• Provide a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.

Monday through Friday 5am to 1pm

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

Physical Demands

• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Will encounter cleaning chemicals during shift
• Frequent climbing, balancing, kneeling and crouching during shift
• Continual reaching with hands/fingers/arms during shift
