Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at L014 Cheltenham - Wyncote, PA 19095. You will deliver a superior member experience, answer phones, greet members, sign up new members, and log amenities.

Responsibilities include handling beverage or merchandise purchases at the POS, promoting fitness classes, and maintaining a clean, safe club environment. Prior customer service experience and a high school diploma are preferred.

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Basic computer proficiency

• Provide a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Full - Time: Starting at $12 per hour.

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.
