Job summary

Planet Fitness in Bensalem, PA is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to deliver a superior, judgment-free member experience. You will answer phones, greet members, sign up new members, log amenities and assist with merchandise purchases using the POS system.

You’ll also promote fitness classes and maintain a clean, safe club environment. The role requires 18+, a high school diploma or GED, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience
• High school diploma/GED equivalent preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Basic computer proficiency

Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.
