Job summary

Planet Fitness in Grove City, OH 43123 is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver a superior Judgement Free member experience. Starting at $13/hour with a nightly shift 10pm-6am, M-TH, and scheduled increases after 180 days and each year.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members and guests to ensure a Judgement Free experience.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet and sign up new members, give tours, log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases at the point of sale system.
• Promote Planet Fitness classes (PE@PF) to members.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

• Must be 18 years of age or older

Physical Demands

• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Will encounter cleaning chemicals during shift
• Frequent climbing, balancing, kneeling and crouching during shift
• Continual reaching with hands/fingers/arms during shift
