Job summary

Planet Fitness in Trevose, PA is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to deliver a superior member experience. You will answer phones, greet members, sign up new members, and log amenities, ensuring a friendly, welcoming environment.

Hourly increases occur at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months after the first year. The role includes shift-differential pay for select shifts, PTO, an Employee Assistance Program, and a free Black Card membership.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and have basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, guests and prospective members.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions promptly and professionally.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through POS.
• Promote fitness instruction classes to members and new members.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Physical Demands:

• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.

• Continual reaching with hands/fingers/arms during shift
