Job summary

National Fitness Partners is hiring a Customer Service Representative to enhance our Judgement Free environment for Planet Fitness members and guests. You will answer calls, greet new members, log amenities, process POS transactions, and help promote fitness instruction classes while maintaining a clean club space.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members and guests.
• Answer phones warmly, greet and sign up new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Process purchases through the POS system and promote fitness classes.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, safe club environment.
