Planet Fitness, operating under National Fitness Partners, is hiring a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional member experiences and support club operations. You will greet members, process signups, answer inquiries, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.

The role offers growth opportunities and a friendly, team-oriented atmosphere. Starting pay is $12 per hour with scheduled increases at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months thereafter.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Basic computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members and guests.
• Answer phones politely and log member information.
• Greet and sign up new members, give tours and log amenities.
