Planet Fitness in Norristown, PA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver a high level of service to members and guests, sign up new members, greet and tour, log amenities, and process purchases at the POS. You will also promote fitness classes and help maintain a clean, safe club environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members and guests.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and greet members.
• Sign up new members, tour, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns promptly.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the POS system.
• Promote fitness instruction classes to active and new members.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment.
