Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional member experiences at our club. You will assist with sign-ups, tours, and inquiries, while promoting fitness programs in a welcoming, judgement-free environment.

The role emphasizes friendly communication, basic computer use, and the ability to lift and assist with club needs. 18+ required; health benefits and training provided.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests.
• Greet members, sign up new members, and tour facilities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely, professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the POS system.
• Promote fitness classes to members and new sign-ups.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment.
