Job summary

National Fitness Partners is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support Planet Fitness members and guests. You will answer calls, greet and register new members, log amenities, and assist with product and class promotions, all while maintaining a clean club environment.

Qualified candidates have customer service experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and basic computer skills. This is a full-time, on-site role with growth opportunities and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• High school diploma/GED equivalent preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the POS system.
• Promote fitness instruction classes to active and new members.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment.
