Planet Fitness is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver a high-quality, Judgement Free member experience at our club. You will greet members, assist with sign-ups, and process purchases while promoting our fitness programs.

The role emphasizes friendly service, basic computer use, and maintaining a clean club environment. Key requirements include customer service experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs as needed in a gym setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members and guests.
• Greet members, sign up new members, and log amenities.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases at the POS.
• Promote fitness classes and programs to members.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized club environment.
