Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Montgomeryville location. You will provide a superior member experience, greet guests, sign up new members, and handle basic transactions using our POS system.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the POS system.
• Promote fitness instruction classes to members and guests.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment.
