Job summary

Planet Fitness in Glenside, PA is hiring a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional member experiences and assist with signups and tours. You will greet guests, answer questions, and log amenities while promoting fitness programs in a friendly, Judgement Free environment.

Responsibilities include processing purchases at the POS, keeping the club clean, and supporting members with their needs. 18+ age requirement and basic computer skills are needed.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members and guests, sign up new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely, professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the POS system.
• Promote fitness instruction classes to members and guests.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
