Responsibilities

• Interview claimants and conduct verification activities at Jobcentre sites.
• Review evidence and verify identification, housing costs, and related elements.
• Provide regular feedback on fraud trends at office meetings.
• Lead customer education sessions with Jobcentre colleagues.
• Collate and maintain accurate Management Information as directed by analysts.
