Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and monitor store environment.
• Must maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
• Ability to review, analyze and understand business trends.
• Maintain a positive demeanor and energetic greeting with customers and colleagues.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with detailed focus.

• Monitor store entrances and high-risk areas to deter theft and maintain security.
• Provide exceptional customer service with a warm, confident greeting to all customers.
• Identify and report theft incidents or suspicious activity to the Manager on Duty.
