Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations is preferred
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to review, analyze and comprehend business trends
• Ability to exhibit a positive demeanor, strong posture, and energetic greeting
• Ability to work in a fast paced, high-pressure environment with detailed focus and disciplined decision making
• Excellent communication with customers and co-workers
• Excellent leadership skills that support fostering productive business relationships

Responsibilities

• Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule; including nights, weekends, and holidays as required
• Identify and report theft incidents and suspicious subjects to the Manager on Duty
• Greet every customer with a warm smile and a loud, friendly greeting to promote a sense of control and security
• Maintain professional appearance and stay vigilant at the front of the store
• Assist in training associates on shortage reduction programs and processes
• Support store leadership in reducing opportunities for theft and maintaining safety standards
