• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and monitor store environment.
• Confidentiality and disciplined decision making required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a warm, energetic greeting and monitor store entrances and high‑risk areas.
• Identify and report theft incidents or suspicious activity to the Manager on Duty.
• Assist in shortage reduction programs and train associates as needed.
