Qualifications

• 1+ years in customer service or retail preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store entrances and high-risk areas to deter theft.
• Greet customers with a warm, confident greeting.
• Identify and report theft or suspicious activity to Manager on Duty.
• Communicate theft prevention information during store rallies.
• Train associates on shortage reduction programs.
• Maintain professional appearance and dress standards."
